Granatti Pure Pomegranate Juice (Unfiltered)
PREPARATION
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Simmer Granatti Pomegranate Juice over low heat until it reduces to a light syrup. Sear or bake salmon until flaky. Brush with the reduction and finish with fresh herbs and pomegranate arils.
Pro Tip
Add the glaze at the very end for a mirror-like finish.
